Connect the coolant hoses as follows:

‹› - A -: bypass line to the cylinder head

‹› - B -: expansion tank

‹› - D -: radiator return line

Fill the cooling system. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Cooling System, Draining and Filling.

Install the throttle valve control module. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold Assembly Overview ] See: Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and
Repair/Intake Manifold Assembly Overview.

Install the generator.
