Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

Ribbed Belt Tensioner

Removing

-

Remove the ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt, with Tensioner ] See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt, With Tensioner.

Loosen the clamp - 2 -, lift the circlip -  1 - and remove the cold side hose.

Remove the fan shroud and fans. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud and Fans ] See: Cooling System/Fan Shroud/Service and Repair.

Remove the bolts - arrows - from the charge air pipe and then disconnect the connector - 1 - from the charge air pressure sensor (G31).

Open the clamp - 2 -, free up the coolant hose - 3 - and remove the charge air pipe.
