6 - Oil Supply Line

‹› 22 Nm

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Oil Supply Line to Turbocharger ] See: Oil Line/Service and Repair.

‹› To the turbocharger.

7 - Oil Pressure Switch (F1)

‹› 22 Nm

‹› Identification: brown

‹› 0.7 bar

‹› If seal is leaking cut off and replace.

‹› Checking, refer to => [ Oil Pressure Switch and Pressure, Checking ] See: Engine Oil Pressure/Testing and Inspection.

8 - Cover

‹› 25 Nm

9 - O-ring

‹› Replace

10 - Oil Filter Element

‹› Observe the change intervals.

11 - Seal

‹› Replace

‹› Lubricate before assembling.

‹› Snaps into the tabs on the oil cooler.

12 - Oil Cooler

‹› Ensure sufficient clearance to surrounding components.

or abraded material are detected during engine repairs, it may be
an indication for a damaged crankshaft or rod bearings. To prevent
