Tighten the threaded connections to the tightening specification given in the assembly overview. Refer to => [ Fog Lamp, GTI, Assembly
Overview ] .

Check headlamp for function.

-

Check the fog lamp position and adjust if necessary.

Fog Lamp Bulb and Static Cornering Lamp, GTI

The left fog lamp bulb and the right fog lamp bulb also work as a static cornering lamp, depending on the vehicle equipment level. The fog lamp bulb
can be replaced through a cover inside the front wheel housing liner without having to remove the fog lamp.

Removing:

-

Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

Unclip the cover - 1 - from the front wheel housing liner.

Disengage and disconnect harness connector - 1 -. 

-

Turn the fog lamp bulb - 1 - in direction of -  arrow - and pull it out of the fog lamp housing.
