Ribbed Belt Assembly Overview, with Tensioning Roller

Ribbed Belt

‹› Check for wear.

‹› Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt tip marker.

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt, with Tensioning Roller ] See: Ribbed Belt, With Tensioning Roller.

‹› Do not kink.

‹› When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys.

Ribbed Belt Tensioning Roller

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt, with Tensioning Roller ] See: Ribbed Belt, With Tensioning Roller.

‹› Apply some adhesive lubricating paste to the guide surfaces.

Vibration Damper

‹› With the pulley for the ribbed belt.

‹› Assembly is only possible in one position because of the offset holes.
