Release the connector lock and remove the airbag connector - 2 -.

Press connector lock and disconnect connector - 1 -. This is necessary only on the multifunction steering wheel.
Installation

Insert airbag connector - 2 - into connector coupling. Airbag connector must engage audibly.

Insert connector - 1 - into connector coupling. This is necessary only on the multifunction steering wheel.

Push airbag unit into steering wheel.

Check whether airbag unit is engaged on the left and right-hand side of the steering wheel.
