Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module with KESSY, from 06.10, Coding

The access/start authorization must be coded after replacing the electronic steering column lock control module.

Connect the vehicle tester. Refer to => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] See: Power and Ground Distribution/Wiring
Harness/Service and Repair/Procedures/Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems.

On the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system, select Guided Fault Finding.

Using the Go To button, select Functions/Component selection and the following menu options in sequence:

‹› OBD capable systems

‹› Electronic steering column lock
