Bolt

‹› 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn.

‹› Always replace.

Flywheel

‹› To loosen the bolts, secure using flywheel retainer (3067).

Intermediate Plate

‹› Must be located on the alignment bushings.

‹› Do not damage or bend the plate when doing assembly work.

Bolt

‹› 15 Nm

Sealing Flange, Flywheel Side

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sealing Flange, Flywheel Side ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Seals and Gaskets/Crankshaft

Main Bearing Seal/Service and Repair/Sealing Flange, Flywheel Side.

‹› With the sensor wheel for the engine speed (RPM) sensor.

‹› Only replaced as complete unit.

‹› Do not lubricate or grease the sealing lip of the oil seal.

‹› Before installing, remove any remaining oil from the crankshaft with a clean cloth.

‹› Use the support sleeve provided to install.

Engine Speed (RPM) Sensor (G28)

‹› Bolt, 5 Nm
