Installing:

‹› Use the spray nozzle bracket to adjust how far the cap on the nozzle is pulled into the bumper cover. The cap will not close if the spray nozzle

bracket does not retract far enough. If the spray nozzle bracket moves with too much force, the cap and the bumper cover will get damaged.

Slide spray nozzle holder into lift cylinder until it engages.

Place the cap on the spray nozzle holder and lower the lift cylinder.

Check cover cap for correct seating on bumper cover.

Adjust cover cap if necessary by shifting spray nozzle holder into a higher or lower catch on the lift cylinder.

Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work. Refer to => [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] See: Service and

Check the spray nozzles for the headlamp cleaning system and adjust if necessary. Refer to => [ Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles,
