Engine Cover With Air Filter

Engine Cover with Air Filter

Removing

-

Disconnect connector - 1 - and intake tube -  2 -.

-

Remove the bolts - 3 - and remove the intake tube from the lock carrier.

-

Pull the engine cover with a jerk out of the mounts first at the front - arrow 1 -, then at the right rear -  arrow 2 - and finally at the left rear - 
arrow 3 -. 

-

Carefully swivel the engine cover out of the rear area.

Installing

‹› Rubber bushings - item 12 - => [ Rubber Bushing ] See: Air Filter Assembly Overview must not be treated with lubricant, neither for assembly in

the air filter nor for assembly on the engine.

-

Position the engine cover correctly in the mounts and press in by hand.

The rest of the installation follows the reverse of the removal procedures.
