Exhaust Manifold, Front Exhaust Pipe and Catalyst With Attachments

Combivalve

2. 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
3. 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
4. 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

Always replace

5. Oxygen sensor 1 -G39- (in front of catalyst)

50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)

Only coat threads using antiseize compound not containing silicone and marked "safe for oxygen sensors"; do not allow compound to enter
slots on sensor body

^

Remove and install using 3337

6. 4-pin harness connector

Black

for Oxygen sensor 1 G39 and Oxygen sensor heating

Terminals 3 and 4 gold plated

7. 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
8. Connecting - pipe
9. Union

^

35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)

10. 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
11. Mounting
