CV Joint Type Inner Joint
Axle shafts for Plus suspension have shorter, finer splines on the outer constant velocity joint than those for Base suspension.
A 12-point nut secures the wheel bearing on Plus suspension.
The splines of the outer joint and wheel hub are coated with sealant, Part No. D 185 400 A2.
