Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair

NOTE:

- 

Always replace seals.

- 

Do not reuse hydraulic oil that has been drained.

1- Bracket

- 

On vehicles equipped with A/C, the bracket can only be removed after first removing the A/C compressor bracket

2- Socket-head bolt

- 

M8 x 30

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

3- Bolt

- 

M8 x 28

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

4- Socket-head bolt 

- 

M8 x 38 

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

5- Washer

6- Bolt

- 

M8 x 20

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

7- Socket-head bolt 

- 

M8 x 30 

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

8- Socket-head bolt 

- 

M8 x 30 

- 

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb.) 

9- Hex bolt

-
