Rubber Mounting

Coat with lubricant (e.g. soft soap) before pressing in

Crossmember Mounting Bolt
-

Tighten to: 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

Removing/installing, refer to Fig. 5

After installing, align front wheels if steering gear/subframe attachment has been loosened

-

Aligning engine and transmission assembly, refer to Engine.

12 x 1.5 x 82 mm

-

Tighten to: 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.) plus additional 1/4 turn (90°)

12 x 1.5 x 65 mm

Tighten to: 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.) plus additional 1/4 turn (90°)

Bolt

12 x 1.5 x 78 mm

Tighten to: 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.) plus additional 1/4 turn (90°)

Front Bushing For Control Arm
-

Pressing out, refer to Fig. 1

Pressing in, refer to Fig. 2

Collar faces away from control arm

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
