Possible causes for skipping wiper blades:

Windshield scratched
^
Wiper blade rubber loose/torn, replace

Wiper arms/blades loose/bent, replace
^
Wiper blades waxed/deformed, replace
^
Incorrect contact angle of wiper arm
If the first four items above are not the cause adjust the wiper arm angle as follows;

Set wiper arms to rest position.

Remove wiper blade.
-
Insert wiper arm -2- into wiper arm adjustment tool 3358 and secure with retaining bolt -3-.
