Discharge Air Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Footwell Outlet Temperature Sensor G192, Removing and Installing

Footwell Outlet Temperature Sensor G192, Removing And Installing 

Removing: 

-

Remove instrument panel

-

Remove Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface J533.

-

Remove left footwell vent.

-

Remove bolts -1- and -3-.

-

Remove bracket -2-.

-

Disconnect connector at Footwell Outlet Temperature Sensor G192 -1-.

-

Rotate Footwell Outlet Temperature Sensor G192 90 degrees and remove from housing.

Installing: 
Install in reverse order of removal.

Removing: 

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key. 

-

Remove left instrument panel cover.
