Semi-Automatic A/C System - Climatic

Heating And A/C Unit, Disassembly And Assembly 

1. Temperature Regulator Flap Motor V68

Checking: Use Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding"

-

Replacing: Initiate Basic Setting using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault
Finding".

2. Bracket
3. Screws

-

screws must be removed to separate air distribution and evaporator housings.

4. Cover
5. Recirculation Flap Motor V113

-

Checking: Use Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding"

-

Replacing: Initiate Basic Setting using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault
Finding".

6. Air intake housing

With recirculating air flap

7. Evaporator housing - upper part

-

Disassembly and assembly

8. Evaporator housing - lower part

Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052

One of the two component designations will appear, depending on software. The tasks are the same.
