Tire Pressure Sensor: Removal and Replacement

Tire pressure sensor, removing and installing

Removing

-

Remove union nut - 1 -.

-

Remove tire pressure sensor - 2 - from rim well.

Installing

-

Insert tire pressure sensor - 2 - with new seal and sealing washer and press it into disc wheel (rim).

Install union nut - 1 - from outside on to tire pressure sensor.

-

Press tire pressure sensor - 1 - on to rim well and tighten it with union nut.

Note:  Sealing washer - arrow - becomes slightly deformed when doing this.
