Sun Shade: Service and Repair

Sun Shade

Removing

-

Removing glass panel for sunroof.

-

Slide sun shade slightly toward rear.

-

Remove the front bolts - arrow - at left and right. Slide out spring glider forward over the stop - 1 -.

Slide sun shade forward and lift sun shade slightly over the roof cutout and out.

-

Unscrew rear bolts - arrow - at left and right. Slide spring glider toward rear and remove sun shade - 1 - upward.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

-

Then perform a function test.
