Install transmission.

Transmission, Differentiating For Removing and Installing Right Shaft Seal

Transmission, Differentiating for Removing and Installing Right Shaft Seal (GTI) - 02Q, 6 Speed M/T FWD

Up to transmission build date 31 10 4, an intermediate shaft -arrow- is installed between the right drive axle -A- and the transmission.

The intermediate shaft is attached onto a stub shaft -arrow-.

Stub shaft seal, replacing.

As of transmission build date 01 11 4, a flange shaft is installed at the right -A-.

The intermediate shaft has been omitted.

The right drive axle is then fastened directly to the flange shaft.
