Install guide sleeve T10053/1 onto crankshaft journal.

Slide oil seal over guide sleeve onto crankshaft stub.

-

Press in oil seal onto stop using press sleeve T10053 and bolt T10053/2 (M16x 1.5x60).

Install crankshaft toothed belt sprocket and hold with counter-hold tool 3415.

-

Tighten center bolt to 90 Nm and turn 90° (1/4 turn) further (turning further can be done in several stages).

Note:  Thread and shoulder must be free of oil and grease.

Installing toothed belt and adjusting valve timing.

-

Installing ribbed belt and tensioning element.
