Remove caliper as outlined previously.

Remove two piston dust boot retaining rings, then the dust boots, Fig. 2.

3.

Position caliper in a suitable vise and support with wooden blocks.

4.

Apply low pressure compressed air to fluid port and blow pistons out of cylinders.

5.

Using a plastic rod, pry piston seals out of cylinder bores.

6.

Coat new piston seals and pistons with brake cylinder paste, then install into cylinder bores.

7.

Install dust boots and attaching rings onto pistons.

8.

Install cylinder assembly into yoke.

9.

Install cylinder and yoke assembly, then bleed brake system.
