Dowel sleeves

Oil seal
-

Always replace.

Back-up light switch
-

Always replace.

Cover

Vent sleeve
-

Remove using pliers.

-

Drive in until seated against shoulder.

Selector shaft

Stop cover
-

Ball sleeve discontinued starting 04/93 production. New cover is interchangeable.

Spring

Retaining plate
-

Hold retaining plate in position when removing circlip (11).

-

Carefully release pressure on spring (9).
