Fill Plug: Service and Repair
Transmission oil, checking/filling
Design changes to the mounting of the enginel transmission assembly include a 2° inclination to the left. For technical reasons, the oil filler/checking
hole on the transmission could not be relocated appropriately higher. This means that oil will run out of the checking hole despite being filled to the
proper capacity.
When installing new or exchange transmission or after repairs requiring disassembly of transmission: fill with 2.OL (2.1 qt) of gear oil before
reinstallation
