Intake Manifold Lower Part, Disassembling And Assembling (vehicles With Engine Code BBW, BEV)

NOTE:

-

To prevent damage to catalytic converter the fuel system (without return hose to fuel rail) must be bled after repair work on fuel lines or on fuel
filter.

-

The vehicle must only be started after bleeding.

Bleed fuel system.

1. Wire routing

Clipped onto fuel distributor

2. Fuel rail

-

With bleeder valve item -13- for fuel supply system

3. Connection, supply line
4. To intake hose

-

Only for vehicles with engine code BBW

5. Air pipe

Only for vehicles with engine code BBW

6. Air hose

-

Only for vehicles with engine code BBW

For air cleaned fuel injectors

-

Check for secure seating

7. Fuel injectors (-N30- through -N33-)*

Vehicles with engine code BBW

Air cleaned

Vehicles with engine code BEV

Not air-cleaned

8. O-ring

-

Always replace
