Fuel rail with injectors, disassembling and assembling

Engines: AEG, AVH, AZG, BEJ, BER, BHP

1. Securing clip

Check for secure seating

2. Return hose

^

Blue or with blue marking

^

Secure with spring-type clips

^

Check for secure seating

^

To fuel supply unit in fuel tank

3. Supply line

Black with white marks

^

Secure with spring-type clips

^

Check for secure seating

^

From fuel filter

4. Fuel rail
5. Securing clip

^

Ensure correct seating at injector and fuel rail

6. Injectors -N30-, -N31-, -N32-, -N33
7. O-ring

^

Before installing, moisten with clean engine oil

8. 8 Nm 
9. O-ring

10. Vacuum hose
11. Fuel pressure regulator
