Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height (Webasto)

Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height

Sunroof "0" position OK.

-

Tilt sunroof open.

-

Slide sliding headliner to rear.

-

Unclip lower trim -1- in rear area (arrow), slide forward and remove from roof frame.

Unclip front and center of upper trim -2- and unhook at rear.

Remove screws -3- (Torx insert T 25). 
Tightening torque: 4.5 Nm (40 in. lb).

Run glass panel into "closed" position, then open and close again. (The correct order is important for the correct adjustment)

Adjust height of glass panel at front and rear on both sides as follows:

Panel adjustment front:

0 - 1 mm lower than roof
