Pull gear shift boot off center console (arrow).

Pull rubber cover toward gear shift knob, if part of original equipment.

Set gear lever as follows:
-

Select neutral with gear lever.

Guide pin T10027 through hole -A- and into hole -B-.

Now turn locking mechanism on gear selector cable and gate selector cable to right onto stop (direction of arrow).

The spring presses the locking mechanism into normal position.
