Remove bolts -1- (for lock).

Remove upper carrier assembly off door, lift and lift out of door toward hinge side -arrow- of door.

Next, loosen two clips for electrical wire from reinforcing plate in door and disconnect wire from boot. 

Installing quarter window

Insert quarter window into door (arrow A). A soapy solution can be used as a lubricant to ease the installation.

Position window guide -1- to door flange -2- from exterior and turn 90° to exterior.

Install window guide, as shown in illustration, into window shaft.

Press window shaft seal -3- downward (arrow B) onto door flange.

-

Insert window guide -1- into door flange -2- and complete assembly.

Remaining installation is in reverse order of removal.
