Removal Vehicles With Air Conditioning
NOTE: This applies to vehicles with Air Conditioning or Digimatic Climate Control. For vehicles without A/C, see Heating and Ventilation Unit.
NOTES:

Before carrying out any work on the A/C refrigerant system, refer to A/C refrigerant system safety measures. See: Service Precautions

Heating and A/C unit must only be removed after discharging refrigerant system. Use Kent Moore ACR4 or equivalent
-
O-rings used on R-134a Systems may be red, green, violet or black.

Always plug open refrigerant line connections to prevent dirt and moisture contamination.
