Test conditions

-

Check that fuel pressure is correct. See: Fuel Pressure Regulator/Testing and Inspection 

Test sequence

-

Remove fuel rail complete (fuel pipes/hoses remain connected). Refer to "Intake Manifold Lower Section, Disassembling and Assembling",  

Checking for leaks

-

Initiate output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM).
