Rear window defogger is inoperable, fuse SC25 is open.

Check for continuity from output side of fuse to rear window defogger relay -J9- for open or short circuit (see wiring diagram).

If no short circuit is present:

Check output from rear window defogger relay -J9- to the power side of the rear defogger grid (see Repair manual wiring diagram).

If all wiring checks out OK:

Replace fuse SC25 (the 25 Amp fuse) with a 30 Amp fuse.
