Production Solution

Install updated replacement clip Part No. 1K6837200B as of VIN 1K_9M011056.

Service

Check and adjust all door gaps, see Body Collision Repair, General technical data, Specifications, Body panel gaps in ElsaWeb.

If gaps are within specification:

Replace door skin plastic cover clips (3) with Part No. 1K6837200B.

Install cover onto door and close front door.

^

Check for proper clearance by opening rear door.
