Ensure bowden cable is routed under hook - arrow -.

Check whether temperature knob can be moved easily from "cold" to "warm".

Temperature Flap Adjustment Unit, Removing And Installing

Removing:

-

Remove driver side footwell trim.

-

Remove left footwell air vent

-

Unclip cable at adjusting unit for temperature flap - 2 -.

-

Disengage locking mechanism - 1 - and press adjusting unit for temperature flap in direction of - arrow - until it reaches stop.

-

Remove adjustment unit.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:  After installing, check temperature flap function as follows: Temperature rotary control knob must be able to move easily and without catching
from "cold" to "warm" position.
