Function
On Board Diagnostic (OBD), functions:
Comfort System Central Control Module J393 is controlled by an internal microprocessor with On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capability. If malfunctions
occur in monitored components, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) will be stored in memory.
Troubleshoot Comfort System Central Control Module J393 malfunctions by performing OBD program using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and
Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".

‹› Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051A)

Connect the (VAS 5051A).

On the (VAS 5051A), select "Guided Fault Finding".

Using the Sprung button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:
