Connect connector - 2 - to accelerator pedal module - 5 - and push rubber sleeve - 1 - onto connector again.

Push accelerator pedal module onto securing studs - 6 -.

Insert centering pin - 7 - into hole in vehicle floor.

Secure accelerator pedal module with bolt - 3 - and install cover cap - 4 -.

Install steering column cover.

If accelerator pedal module was replaced, adapt accelerator pedal module to Engine Control Module (ECM) Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and
Information System VAS 5051 "Guided Functions".

If accelerator pedal module was replaced in vehicles with automatic transmission or Direct Shift Transmission, kick-down function must be
learned Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 "Guided Functions".
