Note the different bolt lengths:

Tighten brackets - 1 - and - 2 - for wiring harness hand-tight with new bolts.

Tighten remaining, new bolts for valve body - arrows -, -  arrows A - and - arrows B - hand-tight.

If lines - 3 -, - 5 - and -  9 - are too short to be connected to sensors or bolted to intended points on valve body, they have been incorrectly routed
or trapped by valve body. Remove valve body again and route cables correctly.
