Pull hose/line assembly out of the slave cylinder and plug it.

-

Remove slave cylinder - arrows B -.

CAUTION!
Clutch pedal must no longer be operated.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

-

Install slave cylinder and tighten bolts - arrows B - to torque specification.

Insert hose/line assembly into the slave cylinder up to the stop. 

-

Press in clip for hose/line assembly up to the stop.

-

Then install transmission supports - arrows A -. 

-

After installing slave cylinder, bleed clutch system --> [ Clutch System, Bleeding ] See: Service and Repair/Clutch System, Bleeding. 

Assemble shift mechanism --> [ Operating Cables Assembly Overview ] See: Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Shift Linkage/Shift Cable/Service and
Repair.

Adjust shift mechanism --> [ Shift Mechanism, Adjusting ] See: Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Shifter M/T/Adjustments.

If removed, install entire air filter housing

-

Connect battery Ground (GND) cable

Tightening Specifications

Slave cylinder to transmission --> [ 15 Bolt, 20 Nm ] See: Service and Repair/Hydraulic System Assembly Overview

Transmission support to transmission console and transmission:

-

Replace bolts - arrows -.
