The customer experiences concerns with the UHV-High (9W3) such as:

Unable to pair phone

Sporadically unable to pair phone
^
Calls are dropped sporadically
^
Poor audio quality by either the driver or the person receiving the call
^
Voice recognition inoperative
^
Audio streaming inoperative
^
Phonebook download via RNS-510 and or MFI inoperative
Technical Background
The concern can be caused by several factors such as:

Incompatible phone

Internal problems with phone including incorrect system settings

Cellular provider network

Outside influence to control module including damage to foam housing, antenna etc
