Tighten the crankshaft bearing cap bolts in sequence - 1 through 10 -:

1. Tighten the bolts - 1 through 10 - and -  arrows - by hand.

2. Tighten the bolts - 1 through 10 - to 65 Nm.

3. Tighten the bolts - 1 through 10 - an additional 90°.

4. Tighten the bolts - arrows - to 20 Nm.

5. Tighten the bolts - arrows - an additional 90°.
