Remove the bolt - 1 - and remove the universal joint - 2 - from the steering gear.

Remove the front wheels.

Loosen the tie rod ball joint nut, but do not remove it yet.
CAUTION!
To protect the threads, remove the nut a few turns.

Press off the tie rod ball joint from the wheel bearing housing using the (3287A), and remove the nut.
