Rear Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair

‹› The rear doors on the Wagon are different in concept from the rear doors on the Sedan. The outer door panel is not longer removable. The window

regulator and the door lock are accessible when the subframe is removed.

Removing

Remove housing. Refer to --> [ Housing ]. See: Service and Repair/Housing

Remove door handle. Refer to --> [ Door Handle ]. See: Service and Repair/Door Handle

Remove subframe. Refer to --> [ Subframe ]. See: Service and Repair/Subframe

Remove bolt - 3 - from mounting bracket -  1 -.

Remove mounting bracket - 1 - from door -  2 - in - direction of arrow - inward out of door opening 

Installing

Insert mounting bracket - 1 - in - direction of arrow - into door - 2 -.
