When removing, make sure that the surface of the cylinder is not damaged. 

Installing

-

The surface of the piston and seal must only be cleaned with mineral spirits and then dried.

-

Coat the piston and seal with a thin layer of assembly paste (G 052 150 A2) before installing.

Install the sealing ring in the brake caliper.

-

Insert the protective cap - A - into the (T10146/6) - 1 -.

-

Press the protective cap onto the brake caliper using (T10146/6) - 1 - and (T10145) -  2 - so that it makes contact all around on the brake caliper.
