Bolt, 4 Nm

Brake disc

‹› Internally vented: 288 mm diameter

‹› Thickness: 25 mm

‹› Wear limit: 22 mm

‹› Must always be replaced together on both sides of axle.

‹› Remove the brake caliper before removing.

Brake pads

‹› Thickness: 14 mm without backing plate.

‹› With wear indicator.

‹› When wear limit is reached (limit: approximately 4 mm), the warning lamp lights up in the instrument cluster.

‹› Wear limit: 2 mm without backing plate.

‹› Checking thickness. 

‹› Must always be replaced together on both sides of axle.

‹› Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Brake Pads ] See: Disc Brake System/Brake Pad/Service and Repair.

Retaining spring

‹› Insert in both holes of the brake caliper.

Brake carrier

‹› Bolts to the wheel bearing housing.

Brake caliper

‹› Do not remove brake hose when replacing brake pads.

Guide pins, 30 Nm

Cap

‹› Remove

Brake hose with ring connection and banjo fitting, 35 Nm

Bolt, ribbed, 190 Nm

‹› Clean if reusing.

‹› With bolted brake carrier.
