If the crankshaft was rotated past the TDC marking:

-

Rotate the crankshaft back 45 degrees in the opposite direction of engine rotation.

Then rotate the crankshaft again into the TDC position in direction of engine rotation.

If the crankshaft rests just in front of the TDC (bore in crankshaft can be seen up to 90%), the (T40069) can be installed, but with some
stiffness.
