Loosen the bolts for the clamp - 1 -. The front crossmember must not be removed.

‹› The flex joint in the front exhaust pipe must not be bent more than 10 degrees, otherwise it may be damaged.

Remove the nuts - 2 - for the front exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold and remove the bolts - 3 -.

Remove the front exhaust pipe - 1 - with catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold, slide toward the front at sides and guide under the front
crossmember.
