Body Control Module: Service and Repair

Comfort System Central Control Module

CAUTION!
‹› Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

‹› Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove the glove compartment.

-

Pull the retaining tab - 1 - on the comfort system central control module (J393) bracket in the -  direction of the arrow - and slide the control
module until the openings -  2 - are aligned above the openings - 3 -.

‹› Electrical connections can only be disengaged and disconnected when recesses - arrows - and bracket line up exactly.

-

Release and disconnect electrical connections from comfort system central control module.

‹› The number of electrical connections depends on vehicle equipment level and market version.

Remove the nuts - arrows -.
