New Identity When Replacing All Components
All required steps necessary for new installation of all immobilizer components are performed by this program.

Connect the (VAS 5051A).

In (VAS 5051A), select operating mode " Guided Fault Finding".

Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

‹› Electrical Equipment
‹› 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) Capable Systems
‹› Immobilizer IV Download
‹› Anti-theft Immobilizer Functions
‹› New Identity
Fazit System Test
The following steps will be performed by this test program:
‹› System test for online connection
‹› Test of user authorization
‹› Test of correct wire connection to Volkswagen database
The requirements for this is the online connection (network connection) of the tester

Connect the (VAS 5051A).
