‹› Torque screwdriver (V.A.G 1624)

Removing

-

Remove the generator.

-

Remove the mounting bolt and nuts - arrows - and remove the protective cap from the generator.

-

Remove the voltage regulator mounting bolts - arrows -. 

-

Remove the voltage regulator from the generator.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

-

Tighten all fasteners to specified values. Refer to --> [ Generator Tightening Specifications ] See: Alternator/Specifications/Generator Tightening
