Headlamp Washer Pump

Headlamp Washer Pump (V11) is installed at tank for windshield washing system and headlamp washer system in right wheel housing.

CAUTION!
‹› Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

‹› Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove the front bumper cover.

-

Remove Headlamp Washer Pump (V11) -  9 - upward out of tank.

-

Disconnect electrical connection - 10 -.

-

To disassemble connecting tube - 8 -, pull securing clip at connection and pull connecting tube - 8 - from Headlamp Washer Pump (V11).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Tighten all fasteners according to value in table. Refer to --> [ Windshield Washer System Tightening Specifications ] See: Specifications.

Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work. Refer to --> [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] See: Service and
Repair/Procedures.
